Hanoi Impressive Hotel

I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Hanoi. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet street but still close to everything in the center of the old town. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering great advice on things to do in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a big balcony and fabulous showers. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from, including made-to-order cooked dishes and fresh fruits.

All was absolutely fine during my stay.

We stayed at Hanoi Impressive Hotel for 4 days in May, 2011. We felt at home the moment we checked in, the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, hotel manager Mr. Toan welcomed us with a big smile, offered advice for our travel plan and helped us for all the necessary reservations. Our rooms ( we booked 2 rooms) were exactly what we expected, nice and clean with the balconies and charming city view. We definitely will stay at Hanoi Impressive Hotel for our next trip to Hanoi.

We think this hotel was very great. The rooms were very clean and decorated with a romantic feel. It was perfect for my husband and I to get away from everyday stresses. The bathrooms were great and the shower was large and. The front desk staff was very friendly. I think that the fitness center was well equipped with everything I could have asked for. We also booked some trips through hotel which all of them were excellent and well-organized.

The staff members were incredibly cordial and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. I opted for a family room, which was spacious and even had a small but pleasant balcony. The breakfast served at the hotel was adequate, offering a variety of choices including continental and Vietnamese options. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great as it was close to the Night market and Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel staff made sure that I had a hassle-free journey by arranging transportation and helping with negotiating taxi rates. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Very friendly staff who made our stay very personal. Good breakfast and perfect location in a quiet street in the Old Quarter. Rooms were clean and modern.

I like the friendliness of the hotel staff and the managers. They are all very helpful and fluent in English. The continental buffet breakfast is also very nice. We can order anything from the menu and it will be prepared for us. The hotel is also Wifi ready and equipped with a computer.

I recently had an awesome stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The staff, especially Nancy at the front desk, went above and beyond to help us. The room was sparkling clean and the sheets smelled great. The location was fantastic, situated in a quiet street but close to everything in the best area of Hanoi. I loved the breakfasts, with a lovely view of the nearby church. The extensive breakfast included delicious fruits and made-to-order cooked options. It was truly a value for money experience!

The room was spacious and clean with city view. The bathroom was spotless cleaned and the fresh towels were provided everyday. Everything was very clean and I really appreciated the small details such as a curtain shower to reduce wetting of the toilet and wash basin area. There is free WiFi that worked perfect even up on the 7th floor. All in all, If anyone looking for a nice place with convenient location, we highly recommend this. A great location near attractions. The staff was helpful with all our needs, from transport to restaurant suggestions. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean.
